"I ordered from pfchangs last night…"
I ordered from P.F. Chang's last night and had a really good experience. The orange chicken had that sweet kick I was hoping for without being overly sugary, and the fried rice tasted fresh. The noodles were seasoned well too, not bland like takeout can sometimes be. Everything showed up still warm, which I always appreciate because it makes the meal feel much more reliable. Based on this order, I’d definitely feel good ordering again

"Plenty of Choices"
The menu had a lot to choose from, which was nice because everyone at our table found something they wanted. that part was great. I was kind of overwhelmed for a second, but in a good way, I guess.

"Pickup Time Issue Was Disappointing, But They Fixed It"
I was disappointed when my online order showed the wrong pickup time, so I messaged support expecting it to turn into a whole hassle. To my surprise, they got back to me quickly and corrected it without making it a big deal. The restaurant also had my food ready when I got there, which helped make up for the mix-up. Not ideal that it happened, but I’m glad they actually handled it.

"Pretty easy experience overall"
I wasn’t sure how long it would take to hear back, so I went about my day and checked again later. The whole thing ended up being a lot less stressful than I expected, and the manager actually got back to me fast and took care of the issue.

I ordered through pfchangs and made sure to note my dairy allergy. Reading between the lines, it was clear the staff took it seriously because my food came correctly prepared and they even called to double-check. That extra effort made me feel safe eating it, which I really appreciated.

"Worked fine, not sure what people expect"
I bought a P.F. Chang’s gift card online for my sister, it went exactly how it was supposed to. It showed up quickly, she used it at dinner without any hassle, and there were no weird problems or delays. I don’t really see much to complain about here, it was simple, easy, and it worked.

"I liked that the menu prices…"
I liked that the menu prices and fees were easy to see before I checked out, delivery still feels a little pricey to me. But at least there were no weird surprises at the end, so overall it felt fair.

"Good food, just a bit of a wait"
The food was really tasty, and ordering on the website was simple, so no complaints there. Delivery did take a little longer than I thought it would, which was kind of... yeah. But everything showed up hot and packed well, so it worked out. I’d order again.

"Good food, just a bit of a wait"
I ordered pickup from pfchangs.com and overall it went smoothly. The food was good, and everything was packed up nicely. I’m giving 4 stars because the timing was a little off — it said about 25 minutes, but it ended up being closer to 40. It wasn’t a huge deal, I just wish the estimated wait time had been more accurate.

"Pretty Good Veggie Options"
I’m sure this place is a solid pick if you’re looking for veggie options. I tried the tofu lettuce wraps and they were really tasty. Not sure if everything on the menu is a hit, but I’d probably order those again.

I ordered from pfchangs last night and, thankfully, the checkout process was actually painless. The payment page loaded quickly, my card went through on the first try, and the confirmation email showed up right away. There weren’t any confusing steps or random extra screens to deal with, which I definitely appreciated. it was nice to have something online work the way it’s supposed to for once...

"Allergy was handled well, but I felt a bit overlooked"
I mentioned my allergy and, to be fair, they did handle it properly, which I really appreciated. That said, I did feel a little ignored at first, like I had to repeat myself before anyone really paid attention. In the end, everything was fine, but I wish they had been a bit more attentive from the start

I went to P.F. Chang’s last weekend and overall had a good experience. The booth was nicely padded and comfortable enough that I didn’t feel stiff after sitting there for a while, which I appreciated. The only small downside was that the tables felt a bit close together, so it wasn’t the most relaxing when people were walking by. Not a huge deal though — I still enjoyed it and would go back.

"Honestly Better Than I Expected"
I ordered delivery from PF Chang’s and, not gonna lie, I kind of assumed something would spill or the food would show up lukewarm. But the packaging was actually really solid. Sauces were sealed tight, nothing leaked, and everything was still warm when it arrived. Even the bags were easy to carry, which I noticed right away. Overall, happy with it...

"A Tasty Little Treat"
I stopped by when I was in the mood to treat myself, it hit the spot. The portions were better than I expected for the price, and everything in my order tasted really good. It’s not the cheapest place around, so I probably wouldn’t make it an everyday thing, but for those times when I want something satisfying and worth the splurge, I’d definitely go back
